See You At

    Terms of use

    Last updated 8 October 2026

These terms apply to seeyouat.dev (“See You At”), run by Federico Bagato, Padua, 35010, Italy (“we”). By using the site you accept them; by signing in you also agree to them for your account. How we handle personal data is in the privacy policy.

    The service

See You At helps you find tech conferences, say you’re going, and see who else is, with links to their public profiles. It is free. It has no messaging, chat or matching: to get in touch with someone, use the links on their profile.

    Your account

Your profile and what you post

Your name, bio, links and the events you’re going to stay yours. If your profile is public, you allow us to show them on See You At, including your profile page and the “Who’s going” list of each event, for as long as they are on your profile. Make your profile private or delete it and they stop being shown.

Only add links to profiles and sites that are yours, and only say you’re going to events you plan to attend.

    What you must not do

If you break these rules we may hide content, or suspend or close the account. Unless the law or an urgent risk prevents it, we tell you why and you can reply to contest the decision.

    Event information

Listings are gathered from organisers’ public websites. AI agents find events and draft each listing (name, dates, place, description, topics); a person reviews every listing before it is published. Attendance figures and edition numbers are added only when the organiser’s own website states them, checked automatically against that page, and are always shown as the organiser’s figure with a link to the source.

Events change and mistakes happen, so check the official website before buying tickets or booking travel. Distances and travel hints are approximate. We are not affiliated with the organisers unless we say so; event names and logos belong to their owners.

Organisers can ask us to correct or remove a listing at privacy@seeyouat.dev.

    Reporting content

To report a profile or listing you believe is illegal or breaks these terms, write to privacy@seeyouat.dev with the page address, what is wrong and why, and your name and email (unless the report concerns child sexual abuse material, where you can stay anonymous). We review reports promptly and tell you what we decided. This address is also our point of contact for authorities and users under the EU Digital Services Act; we answer in English or Italian.

    Our content

The site, its design, code and the compiled event catalogue are ours. You may link to any page and quote individual listings with a link back. Country and city data come from GeoNames under CC BY 4.0.

    Availability and liability

The service is free and provided as it is. We work to keep it running and accurate, but we can’t promise it will always be available or error free, and we may change or end features. We are not responsible for third-party websites we link to, or for events themselves.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for decisions made on the basis of a listing. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for intent or gross negligence, or any right you have as a consumer that cannot be waived.

    Changes and ending

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. For changes that matter, we tell you on the site before they apply. You can stop using See You At and delete your account at any time.

    Law

These terms are governed by Italian law. If you are a consumer in the EU, you keep the protections of the law where you live and can bring a claim in your local courts.
